Gratitude
Gratitude, for me, isn’t sentiment. It’s discipline. It’s the decision to notice what’s good, even when life feels heavy or uncertain. These posts are reminders — to slow down, to pay attention, and to acknowledge what’s already present instead of constantly chasing what’s next.
Some entries are tied to specific moments. Others are broader reflections on fatherhood, health, opportunity, or simple daily routines that are easy to overlook. None of them is written to ignore hardship. They’re written to balance it.
I don’t believe gratitude eliminates struggle. I believe it steadies you inside it.
These posts exist to sharpen that awareness — in me first, and hopefully in anyone reading along.
